Every year Benidorm hosts a Fiesta beginning the Friday of the second weekend of the month until the Wednesday, culminating in a huge fireworks display.
The Fiesta is to honour the cities two Patron Saints, the 'Virgen del Suffragio' and 'San Jaime Apostle'.
The streets are transformed for the entire event with floral decorations, musicians, open-air theatre performances, parades and fireworks.
